As a Junior Sales Officer, you will be the face of our brand in the Indramayu region, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that our high-quality building materials meet the needs of our diverse project portfolio. We are looking for an energetic individual who is results-driven, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a target-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential new clients, contractors, and retail partners in the Indramayu area.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct regular sales visits and site consultations to understand client material requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and project estimates in alignment with company pricing policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the regional management team.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field (Management or Marketing preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of sales experience in construction/building materials is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in negotiation.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Indramayu market and business landscape.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM C or A) and a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email).
