Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting quantitative and qualitative research to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze business data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to generate actionable insights
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership
- Support the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for key business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate findings
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to solve business challenges
- Monitor project milestones and help ensure timely delivery of strategic projects
- Document processes and best practices to improve team efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interest in corporate strategy, consulting, or business analysis
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Prior internship or project experience in business analysis or strategy is a plus
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred; candidates with valid student pass may be considered
