Join M-Commerce Corporation as a dedicated Business Development Specialist focused on Affiliate Marketing. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners subscribed to our high-performance affiliate marketing services. You will drive revenue growth by expanding partnerships, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable results across our affiliate network.

As part of a dynamic marketing team, you will collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to design compelling programs, negotiate terms, and implement performance-driven strategies. You will translate partner insights into actionable campaigns, monitor key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI for both the brands and M-Commerce. This position emphasizes relationship-building, strategic thinking, and data-informed decision-making to scale a growing affiliate program within the Philippine market and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners in affiliate marketing, fostering strong relationships and retention.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the network and drive incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to design and optimize affiliate campaigns, offers, and creative assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV), and deliver data-driven insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, commissions, and contracts; ensure compliance with brand guidelines and program policies.
  • Provide ongoing partner support, training, and best-practice guidance to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to scale the affiliate program, manage budgets, and report performance to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or business development; e-commerce or digital media experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of growing affiliate revenue and managing multi-partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with affiliate networks and tracking platforms; strong data analysis skills and Excel/Google Sheets competency; familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Philippines market and international partner coordination is a plus.
