Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business process improvement initiatives based on data insights
- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all business intelligence systems
- Stay updated with the latest business intelligence tools, technologies, and industry best practices
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar data-focused role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data visualization techniques and creating interactive dashboards
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and frameworks
