Our Central Region team is focused on delivering exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data quality, and enabling scalable operations that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to cross functional teams, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accurate business records and actionable insights.
- Prepare and distribute dashboards and performance metrics for leadership and operating teams.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and escalation processes for customers and partners.
- Help optimize workflows, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base resources.
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, and product/engineering to facilitate issue resolution.
- Support compliance, documentation, and audit trails to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with project coordination and ad hoc analytics requests to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business support, operations, admin, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Excel, and data visualization basics.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP or SaaS platforms and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
