You will own the end-to-end execution process, from advanced audience segmentation and automation workflows to rigorous QA testing and performance optimization. This is an onsite, day-shift role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of marketing technology and data-driven storytelling. Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and manage end-to-end CRM lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels.
- Architect and maintain complex marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and re-engage dormant users.
- Execute advanced audience segmentation strategies to ensure hyper-personalized messaging at scale.
- Conduct thorough QA testing for all campaign assets to ensure 100% accuracy in links, dynamic tags, and render quality.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership to optimize ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, data, and engineering teams to integrate new tools and enhance system capabilities.
- Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or digital campaign management.
- Proficiency in industry-leading CRM/Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data segmentation and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-channel campaigns with rigorous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and creative strategy.
- Must be willing to work onsite in the Ortigas Business District on a day-shift schedule.
