This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping our centre’s operations and brand presence from the ground up.

As part of our core team, you will balance administrative responsibilities with strategic marketing tasks, ensuring our centre runs smoothly while expanding our reach in the local market. Please note that this role operates on a 5-day work week (Wednesday to Sunday) to support our peak operational hours.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily centre operations, including front-desk management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients.
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
  • Manage social media platforms, content creation, and promotional activities to drive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with management to track KPIs and provide regular reports on centre performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting centre events, workshops, or seasonal activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or marketing roles.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic graphic design or social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proactive, creative, and capable of working independently as part of a pioneer team.
  • Must be willing to commit to a 5-day work schedule, specifically Wednesday through Sunday.
