As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for all travelers. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary of $3,190 per month, along with an attractive $2,500 joining bonus. Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas within Changi Airport premises to ensure security and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Monitor and control access points, including check-in counters and restricted areas, to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, or irregularities, reporting them to the control center.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with inquiries, directions, and any assistance they may require.
- Operate CCTV monitoring equipment to identify and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Conduct security checks and baggage screenings as directed by supervisors to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and public conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior security experience or formal training is required (comprehensive training provided).
- Physically fit and able to perform duties standing or walking for extended periods.
- Good command of English and at least one local dialect (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is preferred.
- Must possess a valid NRIC (Singapore Citizen or PR).
- Must be willing to work on shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
