Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with the Product Management team to develop and execute comprehensive promotion plans that drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Coach, mentor, and support both new and existing sales staff to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Manage inventory flow and merchandising standards across assigned retail channels.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance store efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns at the point of sale.
- Regularly conduct store visits to assess sales performance and provide on-the-ground support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, channel management, or a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer electronics or retail market landscape.
