Job Description
Sarana Teknik Perkasa is seeking a dedicated Civil, Structure, and Architecture Supervisor to oversee and coordinate civil works, structural installations, and architectural finishes on our construction projects in Simalungun, Sumatera Utara.
The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules, while fostering a collaborative environment that drives quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil, structural, and architectural activities on-site to ensure work meets approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor progress against project schedules, prepare daily reports, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
- Conduct quality inspections, perform snagging, and oversee rectification of defects before handover.
- Manage material receipt, storage, and utilization, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and work method plans for complex tasks.
- Mentor and train junior supervisors and site crews, promoting skill development and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of supervisory experience in building construction, preferably on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction codes (SNI), standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings, architectural plans, and MEP coordination.
- Handsâon experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM/CAD tools is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemâsolving abilities.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., K3) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Simalungun, Sumatera Utara, with possible travel to other project locations.
