Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, service updates, and account status.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and track complex issues until resolution.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security policies to protect sensitive client information.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (KPIs) such as Quality Scores and Average Handling Time.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate (K-12) or College Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
