Responsibilities

  • Drive clinic revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach clinic staff to deliver high-end consultative sales and exceptional service.
  • Implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies for premium aesthetic packages and skincare products.
  • Analyze clinic performance metrics and KPI data to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
  • Manage the customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the Sozo Skin premium brand identity.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Jakarta aesthetic industry to keep our clinic at the forefront.
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; hospitality or luxury retail background is a strong plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end clinic management, luxury retail, or premium wellness services.
  • Proven track record of managing sales targets and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
  • Deep understanding of skin health, aesthetic treatments, and the luxury retail sales lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in POS systems and CRM software for tracking performance.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, with a professional and polished personal presentation.
