Join Starlead Technology as a Content Creator and be at the forefront of our brand storytelling. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will plan, shoot, and edit compelling content that resonates with Indonesian audiences on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. Youâll develop content plans, write scripts, and produce videos or image assets that align with campaigns and product launches. This role combines creativity with performance marketing, demanding both artful storytelling and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities include turning marketing objectives into creative concepts, building and executing content calendars, and delivering high-quality video and image assets. You will script, storyboard, shoot, edit, and color-correct content; adapt formats for different platforms; and ensure every piece is on-brand and optimized for engagement. Youâll monitor performance metrics, perform A/B tests, and iterate based on insights to improve reach, saves, shares, and conversions. Collaboration is key: work with designers, copywriters, product teams, and media partners to ensure consistency and impact. You should stay ahead of trends, experiment with new formats, and maintain a strong portfolio that showcases your range across short-form videos and static visuals.

Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and image content across formats.

- Build and manage content calendars; coordinate production schedules and deadlines.
- Optimize content for platform algorithms; monitor performance metrics and apply insights.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, product teams, and media partners to ensure consistency and impact.
- Stay ahead of trends and experiment with new formats to drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a content creator or social media producer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and concept development skills.
- Solid knowledge of social media analytics, optimization strategies, and best practices for TikTok/Instagram.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Basic photography/videography skills and comfort shooting on mobile or DSLR setups.
