Responsibilities
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality creative content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm viral-worthy campaign ideas.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from scripting and storyboarding to final post-production.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Specialist.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN) and/or professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, shareable content.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram platform behaviors and viral trends.
- Excellent command of Indonesian, with strong copywriting abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be highly responsive to feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns is a significant advantage.
