Responsibilities
- Monitor and review incoming real estate video submissions to ensure compliance with company brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify, flag, and resolve content that violates platform policies, including copyrighted material or inappropriate visuals.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation workflows and content curation processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and internal policy updates to ensure consistent enforcement of rules.
- Document moderation decisions and compile reports on content trends and issues.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders regarding content quality gaps to improve future submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content moderation, digital curation, or quality assurance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and pattern recognition.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining high output quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make objective, timely decisions.
