Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated content strategies for digital platforms to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Create high-quality, persuasive copy for property listings, brochures, emailers, and social media channels.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations including campaign scheduling, content calendars, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee the administration of CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Streamline internal operational processes and administrative workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to produce consistent and compelling marketing collateral.
- Plan and execute corporate events, property launches, and client appreciation initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a content creation, marketing, or operations role.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate or a fast-paced service industry is highly advantageous.
