In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our brand's presence on TikTok and other social platforms, orchestrating end-to-end creative campaigns that captivate audiences and drive measurable business results.
We are looking for a storyteller who understands the fast-paced nature of short-form video content and the importance of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaborations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars for brand-owned TikTok and social media accounts.
- Coordinate end-to-end creative planning, from concept development and scriptwriting to post-production oversight.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships with KOLs and influencers to broaden brand reach.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to iterate on content strategy and improve engagement rates.
- Stay ahead of the curve regarding platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging cultural moments.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all assets.
- Manage end-to-end production timelines to ensure all campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm, content trends, and influencer marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a knack for creating 'thumb-stopping' content.
- Demonstrated ability to manage KOL partnerships and creative campaigns from conception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
