We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator (Electrical) to join our client's dynamic team in the East Region. Our client is a well-established SME M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) subcontractor with a strong presence in the Singapore construction industry, known for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across various ongoing projects.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the contract administration processes for multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of electrical contracts while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and administer electrical contracts for ongoing construction projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Prepare, review, and process contract documentation including variations, claims, and progress claims
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual correspondence, submittals, and project-related documents
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to resolve contract-related matters
- Monitor project financial performance against budgets and provide regular updates on contract status
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, quotations, and cost estimates for electrical works
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant Singapore regulations and standards
- Support the preparation of progress reports and presentations for management and client review
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the M&E or construction industry
- Solid understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and standard forms of contract used in Singapore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Singapore's construction industry regulations and safety standards is advantageous
