Advance your career in corporate communications with Adecco, a leading healthcare multinational corporation delivering strategic communications across the APAC region. This 6-month contract role is based in the Central Region of Singapore and offers hands-on experience supporting high-impact PR and internal communications initiatives within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
In this role, you will partner with corporate affairs, brand and marketing teams to craft clear, compliant messaging for executives, clinicians, and stakeholders. You will support media relations, content creation, and digital channels to raise awareness of corporate initiatives, patient safety communications, and regulatory-compliant communications. You will ensure alignment with regulatory standards and corporate branding while contributing to campaign planning, publication calendars, and measurement of communications impact.
The ideal candidate blends strong writing with project-management skills and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. You will manage multiple tasks, coordinate approvals, maintain calendars, and track key performance indicators. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Draft, edit and finalize corporate communications content for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support media relations, prepare press materials, briefing documents for executives, and coordinate responses as needed.
- Coordinate internal communications campaigns, intranet content, newsletters, leadership messages, and town halls.
- Assist with crisis communications planning, monitoring media coverage, and developing rapid response messaging.
- Manage project calendars, approvals, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination across departments.
- Support event coordination and executive briefings, including briefing packs and post-event follow-ups.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate standards across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in healthcare or multinational settings.
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with media relations, press materials, and digital channels (social, website, intranet).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack).
- Knowledge of regulatory, privacy, and compliance considerations in healthcare communications.
