Responsibilities
- Lead and execute corporate finance initiatives including IPOs, rights issues, bond issuances, and strategic restructuring projects.
- Coordinate end-to-end funding processes with domestic and international banking partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial regulatory bodies.
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to support major investment decisions.
- Optimize the company’s capital structure to maximize shareholder value and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and hedging strategies.
- Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Provide expert financial insights to the Board of Directors for strategic planning and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or treasury management.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and capital market procedures.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-million dollar corporate finance transactions.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to operate under high-pressure environments.
