As a Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end immigration lifecycle. You will be responsible for the integrity of our digital mobility ecosystem, specifically the People Mobility Gateway (PMG) tool, providing critical data insights that drive our global talent strategy. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end immigration process for employees, ensuring timely submission and approval of visas and permits.
- Maintain and audit the People Mobility Gateway (PMG) tool to ensure all immigration records and case notes are accurate and up-to-date.
- Review complex immigration documents and applications for technical accuracy and compliance with host-country regulations.
- Provide expert advisory services to internal stakeholders and employees regarding relocation policies, timelines, and requirements.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies to track case progress and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the mobility framework to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR, Tax, and Payroll teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on all mobility-related matters.
- Generate and analyze mobility reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Mobility, Global Immigration, or HR Operations.
- Proven expertise in using mobility management software (e.g., People Mobility Gateway, Equus, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine immigration laws and familiarity with international visa processing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey complex info clearly.
- Advanced analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is highly preferred.
