Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CSR initiatives aligned with company sustainability goals and community engagement strategies
- Plan and coordinate corporate volunteer programs and community outreach events
- Research and identify partnership opportunities with local charities, non-profit organizations, and community groups
- Create engaging content for CSR campaigns across various platforms including social media, newsletters, and internal communications
- Track and report on CSR program outcomes, metrics, and impact measurements
- Support in organizing sustainability workshops, environmental awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR objectives into overall business strategies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and community development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative CSR concepts and campaigns
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools is advantageous
- Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates initiative in work
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
