Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal creative team, including graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters.
- Develop and execute cohesive brand visual identities across all marketing channels, including social media, e-commerce, and offline events.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and on-schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to align creative strategies with commercial objectives.
- Conduct regular market research on beauty industry trends and competitor visual strategies to keep the brand relevant.
- Manage the creative budget efficiently, sourcing and negotiating with external vendors or agencies when necessary.
- Present creative concepts and campaign results to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints to maintain a premium brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Art, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proven experience within the Beauty, Fashion, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand-building and multi-channel campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to measuring creative success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
