Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive creative strategies for digital, social, and offline campaigns.
- Translate business objectives and data insights into actionable creative briefs for the design and content teams.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends and consumer insights within the dental and wellness industry.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for creative optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Pitch innovative ideas and concepts to stakeholders that push the boundaries of traditional healthcare marketing.
- Manage the creative roadmap to ensure all projects are delivered on-brand and on-schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Creative Strategist, Brand Strategist, or in a similar agency-side role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns and strategic thinking.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, social media trends, and performance marketing.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable creative insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
