As our primary creative content creator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production process—from initial conceptualization and filming to post-production editing. Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
- Manage the entire post-production process, including video cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and adding motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and storyboards that align with campaign objectives.
- Operate and maintain professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Stay up-to-date with current video editing trends, social media formats, and platform-specific requirements (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
- Ensure all video output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
- Manage project timelines to ensure content is delivered promptly for scheduled releases.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media Production, Multimedia Design, or a related creative field.
- Proven work experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Expert proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues during production.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative vision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
