Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store floor, shelves, and display areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and tracking product expiry dates.
- Prepare products or beverages according to company quality standards and health protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.
- Support the store manager in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in the retail or Food & Beverage industry.
- Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Neat, tidy appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
