As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere, and ensuring our delicious cookies are presented and served to the highest standards.

Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting customers, processing sales, restocking shelves, preparing cookie orders, and keeping the store clean and organized. You'll also collaborate with a fun and supportive team to meet daily sales targets and create a vibrant store environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Operate cash register and process accurate cash and card payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including dining area and product displays.
- Assist with product preparation, including packaging and serving cookies.
- Monitor inventory and restock shelves and supplies as needed.
- Upsell and promote special offers to increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Passion for customer service and food retail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or F&B experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
