Claymore Solutions Corporation is seeking a proactive CRM Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This role supports the Manager, CRM & Promotions across day-to-day CRM and EDM execution, and owns graphic design production using brand assets and tools. You will help shape customer journeys, automate communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and retention.
As a CRM Coordinator, you will manage targeted email campaigns, oversee audience segmentation, and ensure data hygiene and privacy compliance. You will design and assemble email templates using brand assets, collaborating with the design team to produce visuals that align with the brand. You will monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and report on campaign metrics to optimize future activities. You will maintain the CRM database, coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align promotions, and support the creation of promotional calendars.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day CRM and promotions across campaigns and EDM execution.
- Manage segmentation, lists, and workflow automation to improve customer journeys.
- Create, adapt, and QA email templates and visuals using brand assets; coordinate with design team.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide recommendations.
- Maintain CRM data quality: dedupe, hygiene, field updates, consent status, and segmentation criteria.
- Coordinate promotions calendar and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align messaging.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, permission-based marketing, and unsubscribe management.
- Support A/B testing and optimization efforts (subject lines, content, CTAs) to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email deployment tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and ability to create assets using brand guidelines (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong data analysis skills, with a focus on segmentation and campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team player with attention to detail.
