Join Claymore Solutions Corporation as a CRM & Promotion Manager and lead the creation and execution of our retention and promotions engine from day one. This high-impact role reports to regional leadership in Australia and collaborates with a global team to deliver customer-centric programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue in the Philippines market.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end CRM program, including multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and targeted promotions. You will translate business objectives into scalable journeys, segment audiences, set KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights. You will build automation programs that nurture customers from onboarding through upsell and advocacy, while ensuring compliance with data privacy and best practices.
As a key collaborator, you will partner with product, data, marketing, and regional teams to define strategy, allocate budgets, monitor performance, and report ROI. You will lead experimentation through A/B testing and robust measurement, applying learnings to maximize customer lifetime value and retention. Responsibilities
- Lead design, build, and operation of the retention and promotions engine from day one, aligned with the regional strategy from Australia.
- Own multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging; optimize lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Define audience segmentation, lifecycle paths, and loyalty initiatives; implement test-and-learn frameworks with rigorous experimentation (A/B testing).
- Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to establish KPIs, set budgets, forecast ROI, and report progress to stakeholders in Australia.
- Manage marketing automation platforms, data flows, and quality to ensure personalized, compliant, and effective campaigns.
- Drive continuous optimization by monitoring performance metrics (LTV, churn, CAC) and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Oversee creative briefs, campaign execution, and timeline management with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and uphold best practices in data handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of CRM, retention marketing, or promotions experience; demonstrated leadership in a global or regional role.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent).
- Experience designing and managing loyalty programs and promotions engines.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed team environment and work across time zones.
