Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and all departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Develop and implement culture-building initiatives including onboarding programs, team events, and recognition systems
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communications with precision
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings to drive cultural integration and organizational goals
- Serve as the cultural champion, mediating conflicts and promoting inclusive workplace practices
- Oversee office operations and administrative functions to maintain an efficient work environment
- Analyze organizational culture metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of executive support or administrative leadership experience
- Proven track record in culture-building or employee engagement initiatives
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools and scheduling software
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in startup or rapidly growing environments preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
