Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipment status and service requests
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and delivery orders
- Update customer accounts and records in the company database
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support the logistics team in tracking shipments and resolving discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics / Business Administration is a plus
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
