Join our established Chinese enrichment and tuition centre located in the heart of Marine Parade! We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinators to deliver exceptional service to parents, students, and visitors while supporting our dynamic educational team.
As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for families seeking quality Chinese language education. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing front-desk operations, handling enrollment inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between parents and teachers.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,600 to $2,900, with yearly increments and performance bonuses. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with enquiries about our Chinese enrichment programs and tuition services
- Manage front-desk operations including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Process student enrollments, class registrations, and maintain accurate records in our management system
- Coordinate class schedules, teacher assignments, and room allocations to ensure smooth daily operations
- Liaise between parents and teaching staff to communicate student progress, concerns, and feedback
- Assist in organizing school events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly reception area and learning environment
- Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, document filing, and reporting as required
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level completion or equivalent; tertiary education preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or education sector is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the 5-day work roster
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment
