As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, from initial processing to final delivery coordination. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing, ensuring all data entry is accurate and timely in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate closely with the factory production team to align delivery schedules with client requirements.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive sales documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Oversee export delivery planning and ensure all customs documentation is compliant with international shipping regulations.
  • Proactively communicate order status updates to clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Resolve logistics issues or delivery delays by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external transport providers.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service, sales administration, or order fulfillment roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Deep understanding of export documentation and logistics coordination is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot delivery and order discrepancies under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
