Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client communications via email, phone, and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, or service calls to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain and organize critical documentation flow, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare comprehensive settlement reports for internal review and client delivery.
- Address client inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow processes and improve service delivery.
- Update internal database management systems with precise data entries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in reporting or data documentation is highly preferred.
