We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Customer Service & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Pasir Panjang.

In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our academy, ensuring our students and parents have an exceptional experience from their first inquiry to their graduation. You will balance administrative excellence with creative marketing efforts to help us grow our community and share the joy of gymnastics with more families. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from prospective and current parents, providing detailed information about our gymnastics programs.
  • Manage end-to-end enrollment processes, including class scheduling, trial bookings, and registration documentation.
  • Drive social media engagement by capturing high-quality content of training sessions and classes to showcase our students' progress.
  • Coordinate with our coaching team to ensure smooth class transitions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute grassroots marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility in the Central Region.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including membership database management, fee collection, and attendance tracking.
  • Gather feedback from parents and students to support ongoing improvements in our service quality.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail management, or sports administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and warm demeanor suitable for working with families.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic content creation tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sports, child development, or the fitness industry is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support club operations and events.
