Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ACMV project updates and service inquiries.
  • Coordinate closely with internal technical teams and field engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, service reports, and client communication logs.
  • Schedule site visits, maintenance appointments, and engineering audits efficiently.
  • Handle incoming customer feedback and resolve service-related concerns with a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
