Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the database.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and service guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure individual and group performance targets are met.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates (High School/SHS/College level).
- No previous BPO or call center experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
