Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with sales order processing, including entry, verification, and tracking
- Provide product and service information to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying solutions and escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with interaction details
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and follow-up activities
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics as needed
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service skills through training sessions
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
