As a key member of our operations, you will be the voice of our brand on major e-commerce platforms including Shopee and TikTok.

In this role, you will utilize the Sitegiant App to streamline communication and order management, ensuring that our customers receive timely support and accurate order processing. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a knack for problem-solving. Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries on Shopee and TikTok platforms via the Sitegiant interface.
  • Monitor and process incoming orders promptly to ensure high fulfillment rates.
  • Resolve customer complaints, shipping issues, and product queries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order packing and logistics dispatch.
  • Maintain high store ratings and positive customer feedback through proactive communication.
  • Update inventory levels and product information on e-commerce dashboards as required.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales, inquiries, and customer feedback trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer service (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce management tools like Sitegiant.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile and desktop applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
