Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions
- Assist customers with account setup, onboarding, and product adoption to ensure long-term success
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps in the CRM
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, operations) to address recurring issues and improve processes
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common questions and best practices
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, success, or a related call centre role
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Own a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays as needed
