In this role, you will be responsible for handling all IPC Customer and Dealer Management System activities, including coordination to our extensive dealer network and comprehensive report creation.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IPC Customer and Dealer Management System, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance
- Coordinate with dealer network stakeholders to resolve system issues and gather requirements for improvements
- Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations to support business decisions and strategic planning
- Analyze customer and dealer performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection processes and enhance reporting accuracy
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for data management and reporting
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and insights as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with dealer networks
- Experience with CRM systems and dealer management platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of automotive industry practices is advantageous
