Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Admin to support our administrative team at Mieux Consulting Pte. Ltd. in the West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our records are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. Your primary focus will be on transferring information from various sources into our digital systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and provide essential support to our daily operations. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Update and maintain customer records, employee files, and organizational databases.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as answering phones and responding to emails.
- Generate reports and summary sheets from raw data as required.
- Ensure all data entry complies with company confidentiality and security policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
