Yoda Tech Pte Ltd is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Analyst to support our Vendor & Operation Management team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for vendor coordination, preparation of Statements of Work (SOW), and ensuring accurate data management across our SAP environment.
You will gather vendor requirements, maintain up‑to‑date documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline procurement processes. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Create and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and other contractual documents.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation within SAP and related platforms.
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for vendor management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, vendor coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP system is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office automation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
