Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ERP master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define data requirements and implement validation rules
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Provide technical support for data systems and related business processes
- Develop and maintain data quality reports and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams on data integration and system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data management or ERP systems
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
