Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data reports and dashboards using various BI tools and platforms
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support business decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions
- Optimize existing reporting processes and implement best practices for data management
- Create and present detailed analytical reports with actionable insights for management review
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance across all reporting systems and platforms
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and troubleshoot reporting issues as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL querying and database management systems
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macro development
- Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or VBA for data automation
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
