Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Operate company vehicles safely, following all traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Use handheld scanning devices to track deliveries, capture signatures, and update delivery status in real time.
- Load and unload packages, handling items up to 70 lbs and maintaining proper organization.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adjust route plans as needed to accommodate traffic, weather, or special delivery requests.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile devices.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screening.
