Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaign strategies to drive sales and brand awareness across Guardian's e-commerce platform and omnichannel network.
- Manage and optimize paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and performance marketing initiatives to achieve target ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (merchandising, creative, and retail teams) to align promotional campaigns with in-store activations and product launches.
- Analyze campaign performance data and consumer insights to generate actionable reports, optimizing for conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead the implementation of CRM and email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital channels to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets, accurate targeting, and flawless execution across all digital touchpoints.
- Oversee A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives, and customer journeys to continuously refine the omnichannel experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital campaign management, with a strong focus on e-commerce and omnichannel marketing, preferably within retail or FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling performance marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic) with demonstrable ROAS.
- Expert knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, email marketing, and personalization strategies.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) is highly advantageous.
