Role Overview

What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to produce high-quality marketing assets and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the marketing budget across various channels to ensure cost-effectiveness and strong ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly creative with demonstrable experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
