Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create engaging and high-converting content tailored to target audience personas.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Manage customer inquiries and engagement across all digital channels to drive satisfaction and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with organizational revenue targets.
- Optimize website and landing page content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep our strategies competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar executive role.
- Strong proficiency in social media management (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet monthly sales KPIs.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design.
