Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms that resonates with our target audience of professionals.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize our Google Ads and social media advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce visually compelling marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and landing pages.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the executive education landscape.
- Support the sales and business development teams by creating targeted marketing materials and nurturing leads through automated workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within education, training, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different channels and audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for branding and storytelling.
